LOL - I have to admit, I LOVED IT today, 3 screens, no distractions, and my family here (and yes, they behave great)!
Tucker is having an excelling opening, discussing the COVID-19 virus threat, here in the US.
Talking about how we’re past the point of containing, the stress on our medical system, on and on.

They know that there’s many thousands of cases. Dr Seigal talking about the testing mess...not just the kits...but, the absurd hold ups in health departments. And, shortage of tests...especially for those who have symptoms or feel they mat have been exposed. Not enough tests, for these people, across the country.
I would add Saudi Arabia and Hong Kong to that list.
There are plenty of best practices out there.
(Of course, notice that the Saudis didn’t mind destroying the world oil market in an effort to save themselves. These are tough times.)

Screw that, QUARANTINE THEM if from the US, and ban them if from other countries.
But I’m thinking longer-term regarding the fallout from this. For starters, I’m convinced the days of saving fuel by recirculating cabin air are over...and we’ll have to pay the extra 2% or so to have fresh air full time (and we’ll arrive much healthier). Cruise ships will have to totally revamp their systems too to stop mixing everyone’s air. But both industries will have plenty of time - by this time next week, half of the world’s commercial jets will be on the ground...and it will be years before the fleet is flying at last year’s levels, if ever. Cruise ships will be in even worse shape. They had one chance to get it right with the Love Boat, but they blew it...and they keep doubling-down by still running their boats.

It could be important in the sense that if engineered, then there would be a lot of data on it, including early testing data on the Weegers, or however you spell it.

Timestamp 11:50 Pence was also asked when he took the podium and says he has not been tested and he will get an answer from the WH whether Trump has.

In re them looking grim, if they looked happy and hopeful they’d be criticized as being insensitive.
I do that because I read that the 1918 flu was transmitted via USMail.
Im curious how long ‘several weeks’ actually are (time in hospital) and how that fits into the timeline of Californian’s getting sick.

Just going about her business, maybe going to the store to stock up on a few items....and, bam, she’s infected, and then dies.

Understood, but it looked real to me...I spent a lot of time in my working days around stressed out people, and I know “the look”...
Not only will there be data, or there could be, but it helps you to understand how to fight it. Biochemists on FR have analyzed it and find no comfort in the results. Some parts of it look contrived.
How many people have been exposed to the flu. Everyone, time and time again.
How many people have been exposed to CV? Not so many.
It would be nice to keep that second number very, very small.
It’s NOT the flu.
