I think that silent majority in the Dem party will be tuning in for the March 15th Biden/Bernie debate - driven by nervousness over Joe’s mental decline. If Joe stumbles badly enough, everyone on that side will be searching for another option.

This is why they are going to make sure Tulsi is not there. Bernie is probably going to take a dive or at least go very easy on slo Joe. Tulsi could destroy Biden and the DNC knows it. They will not let her have the chance. Better to have the bad optics of two old white guys than allow their guy to get shredded.
