It costs nothing, since its all stuff youd eat/use anyway. If Im wrong (along with the epidemiologists), no big deal. But if Im right, there will be a panic stage where the shelves are bare, potentially followed by a breakdown of supply chains, period. So they wont be restocked, at least not nearly as efficiently as things work now.

And if it gets that bad, it’d be foolish to assume a stable electric grid. So, stocking up on frozen and refrigerated would be problematic.
Whole house generator. Propane can be delivered without any person to person interaction.
