IMO, it is well worth watching -- and supporting his "Constitution Preface" initiative.

(OTOH, I totally disagree with him on de-funding "Sanctuary Cities".)

1. Yes, the Constitution gives Congress the power to approve expenditure of $$ funds.

2. HOWEVER -- It is the Executive Branch -- and its agencies -- that disburses and allocates funds to the States.

3. POTUS Trump has absolute Executive Order control (including withholding) of the disbursements and allocations in #2. above...

I’d be careful with this one. Leftists and their enablers will champion the constitution, but not The Constitution.

The difference being the former is whatever is mutated and spun to fit the leftist narrative of the day. The latter being what they need to destroy to accomplish their goals.
