We get Zn in a multi we take.
We are also taking C and getting D3 from sun or from pill.
I also take 4 or 5 drops of Lugols + a selenium 3 or 4 times a week.
Check out the next post. Their seems to be a connection with zinc deficiency in both diabetes type 1 and 2. Diabetes was a significant comorbidity factor. Hmmm.
