I have my dehydrator on my front porch when it’s decent weather.
Thinking about ordering another smaller one this weekend so I can dehydrate ‘objectionable’ stuff at the same time I’m dehydrating fruit/berries without the berries being all oniony.
Funny thing, that broccoli....some love the smell, some detest.
I fall into the latter catagory.
I love eating and cooking wtih, though.
The outdoor porch would be great, but I think our humidity is too high :(
