Keto combined with extended fasting and one meal a day cut my hubby’s hypertension down to normal with no meds.
It takes a week or two compared with almost immediate effect on blood sugars.
Also, getting (i’m a broken record here) sun helps with blood pressure.

Nice! I didn’t want to say too much on hypertension, since it’s more anecdotal, but for Type 2’s, Keto’s now being done as an approved treatment by BCBS in California and the VA...so that one is actually mainstream now!
