Most of the new cases in the US are Italian travel linked .
They aren't testing them here on arrival .
Which is stupid .
They roll home infecting their family and community and then crash at the hospital er door step infecting them too ..

Yeah, I think they just take their temp and ask if they’ve been in a locked down area.
Other than a ban I can’t see any practical, workable thing to do instead.
