I’m curious to know how effective a quarantine will be if the masses are already infected. I understand the thought, but does it really make a difference?

Quarantine and banning gatherings is meant to slow down the spread, as well as allow the medical system to handle the extra case load.

It’s a sobering thought to realize the heath of our country lies in the hands of the CDC. I remember them as bad, but it’s beginning to look worse than merely bad.
