What will happen is areas get put in quarantine.
Then within those areas there will be sub quarantines.
Eventually they will be able to stop the virus within the quarantined areas.
The problem is that the moment they claim success, and end a quarantine, the virus explodes again...
Also, if they use the bad science from the CDC (and some other health organizations) that claims the virus is not aerosol, then the virus will spread to health care workers and cripple the health care system even before it gets overwhelmed with CV patients.
It will be whack-a-mole the next year at least
