FYI..I find large doses of Vit C work better than benadryl FOR ME (2000-5000+mg) at a time)...in case you need options
I’ve taken 500 mg per day for many years and am upping it to 1,500 while this thing plays out. But those are tiny doses compared to what the megadose advocates recommend. Of course, if I start experiencing symptoms, especially aches and fever, I’d go the megadose route.

I discuss Vitamin C in #1700. I’ve taken it for years and have taken it for infections a few times. If I start showing symptoms of the coronavirus, I’d probably start with 10 grams and then 2 grams every other hour, and note the results as I go.
Be sure to include K2 with your D3
Been taking that for about ten years.
I also take D3 and it definitely made a difference. Bought some K2 and elderberry, based on earlier threads, but haven't taken any yet.

That is almost correct, the just a flu crowd did not.
I have about two months of food and my regular TP supply. I buy TP and paper towels in bulk (1 Sams bag each) that last me 7 to 10 months depending on how many cookouts I have.
If my Liberal neighbor ask for toilet paper it will cost them one beer for not believing me.
We are ready to party in lock down here. We also stock up happy drinks.

Buy enough to feed you and your neighbor for a couple of months.
