There is zero negativity on The Voice. I watch it from my DVR so I can fast forward most of the back stories and comments by the coaches. I enjoy the singing ( all are good singers) and the competition. So far it is a respite from the news.
I do DVR the voice also. I don’t recognize any of the newer songs they are doing, but they are all great singers. I like the way they don’t see them in the beginning, so there’s no prejudgment based on what they look like. I think Idol used to go for the whole package.
