I think he ought to have special protection and rights for identifying as a different species. He should get to act like a cat at all times, scratching the furniture, be given his own litter box, gets to play with catnip balls...
Heck he doesn’t like any of that. Okay therapy sounds easiest!
I saw that he allows you to dress him in little outfits. I bet the cats wouldn’t do that, and probably make fun of the poor little guy.
