Absolutely. The court appointed child advocate testified that they should only be in her presence with a specialized court appointed therapist for their protection and emotional support. What could the judge be thinking by letting her have an entire weekend without any supervision?

It seems the family court judges are allowed their personal biases and beliefs to Fog their judgments.
I agree. I suppose it is an "optics" move to sound like they are keeping the IRS from breathing down the neck of the American Taxpayer. A popular move, since everybody hates the IRS. They could keep the filing day & just suspend penalties & interest for a time or until the final deadline in October.
And even worse for the children if they would have to go back to living in a one room rental with mom and boyfriend/dealer
