So the plan for that cruise ship off of San Francisco is to test a grand total of 100 people, of the thousands on board.
The ones being tested are those who were on the previous cruise (i.e., people who thought it cute to ‘live’ on a cruise ship), and the ones currently having health issues that could be caused by the virus. The others, I guess, will be presumed uninfected and cut loose.
One good thing, though, is that the ship will unload its people in San Francisco.
