Intel, if they even know, will not say anything because that would reveal Methods and Means. I doubt they know unless they have a mole or 10 inside Xi’s inner circle
There has to be a way to wash the data, to prevent that from happening.
I am not claiming I could. But this seems like something that analysts would be tasked with routinely.
Anyhow, I am preparing for the worst (2 week quarantine), and hoping for the best. I know I have seen a number of posters say 2 weeks is not enough. But I figure, my wife will have killed me by then, so it won’t matter :)

I was wrong about the outcome of the impeachment. I got the answer I wanted, but not the answer I predicted. I am glad. I hope I am wrong about the virus, too. Really really really wrong!
