It took a while, but someone finally dredged up that old TOS episode that also reminded me of this situation of children not being hit very hard by this virus.
Well the Dem party is the baby murder party so of course they love dead kids..preferably ones in the womb that they can slaughter
I’m not a doctor and i don’t play one on tv but off hand if i had to guess i would say children have stronger immunity then most 60-90 y/o?
The same thing happened during the 1918 flu epidemic. For some reason children were spared and young adults dropped like flies. My mother’s father died from it, but the kids in the house did not get sick. My mom told me that somebody died in every house on her street. Horse drawn wagons came down the street each morning to pick up the dead. A lot of the grave diggers got sick and died. They had a problems burying all of the dead.
Strong immunity systems caused the lungs to fill with blood.

Maybe because those kids don’t have other health issues they are dealing with, or compromised immune systems like older folks can suffer from.
My sons are ages 53 and 49. When they were young, despite repeated ear infections, doctors back then didn’t want to remove the tonsils because they claimed the tonsils helped fight other illnesses. How many kids get their tonsils take out today? I was born in 1947, and taking the tonsils out back then was a regular thing. I had mine out at age 5 because I always had severe earaches. We didn’t have a car, and the doctor still came to the house to give me a shot of penicillin in the butt.

Not disparaging your post, but my paternal grandfather went through the Spanish Flu. He lost both young children and wife. The kids went first.
