We just got an email from my husband's daughter, they want to come visit the last week of March. Two adults and 5 children between the ages of 3 and 14 years. We said no.

People need to think of being in the position where your visitors start getting sick on day 2 or 3. What I would do, just to be safe. Put them up in a hotel room. Go through it with sanitizer first. Give em the key. They shower and sleep there. If you can do that for 4 days at least it will let you know they did not catch it a week prior to arriving. The week before arriving is a different story. Get them up to speed on avoidance. Maybe have them wash all clothes after a lysol spraying too. If stay is just a few days, they stay in hotel. If a 2 week or longer stay use hotel room as a buffer to get them cleaned up and up to speed.
Strange how soap and water will kill the virus in 20 seconds on your hands but it won’t do a thing to the virus on your clothes and on smooth dry surfaces.
And remember when you cough, do it in your elbow because every last bit of spittle and germs are magically trapped right there and nowhere else. It is perfectly ok to use that same elbow to elbow bump another person because it’s unsafe to shake hands.
Now, that face mask from Wally World your wearing is akin to preppers hoarding from from everyone else. It’s a shameful act. You just denied a mask from a health professional. Big meanie. How many surgeons buy their masks from Wally World when the hospital reviews their mask contracts from the manufacture yearly.
So, there’s no need to wipe off an office phone or a door knob and a public toilet with hand sanitizers.

I order retinol fabulous for your face, and antibiotics from Canada NO prescription needed Doctors here are very hesitant to give out antibiotics and seeing a dermatologist for retinol is ridiculous they also don’t like to prescribe for cosmetic reasons!! You just google Canadian pharmacies pick one and you are on your way!!! They have damn near everything no prescriptions needed!!! I get all of my pet meds through Canadian pet meds also their flea medication is 1/2 the cost and for the new Revolution the pet must see the vet in the states ridiculous!!!!
Most police scanners will not pick up traffic these days due to encryption. Youngest child is a first responder and cannot pick up most counties around him due to encryption. He loves to visit me and listen to all the traffic around here. Apparently no one spent the money to upgrade near me.
Pretty sure he is at least as podunk as us, but somebody managed to get a grant for encryption. I understand the authorities not wanting the criminals to know where they are at any given moment, but I also understand the public wanting to know when the trouble is headed their way.
