See if your primary physician will write you a letter, citing your increased risk because of whatever preexisting conditions you might have, and supporting your cancellation. From my perspective, that is medically legitimate - given that we don't definitively know enough yet about the transmission rate and overall clinical risk of this virus.

May not be covered!! Depends on timing of insurance and trip purchase and look back period.
