I don’t have a link, but there is some sort of international law agreed to by the muckety mucks at the UN that nations wouldn’t unfairly cut transportation to an infected area. It was mumbled about right after the US took the first step cancelling flights to and from Wuhan. Called illegal and such by China. So that’s probably why, we’re doing the ‘hot zone’ stuff. Being consistent while walking a thin rope.

The US wasn't the first country to cut flights to China .
The US was late to joining after a dozen countries had already done it .
At least the US should test all passengers for antibody reaction like Singapore.
Americans coming back from overseas are posting how Shocked we do Nothing .
They and Foreigners are not tested . They just stroll out of customs .
This is pure incompetence by Wash DC .
No excuses after all thats gone on now .
