Any possibility China is using corona-19 to exterminate some healthy people?

Doesn't pass the Occam's razor test for me. The way this thing spreads, you cannot really predict the target. Plus Red China does NOT need any disruption to its economic engine. Spreading a disease in your own country to make the U.S. economy worse is cutting off your nose to spite your face, and Red China doesn't play like that.
