I dont have video on desktops in my office computers. What is good workaround?

Video doesn't have to be "on" a desktop today as most of it can be accessed thru the cloud using your Chrome, Firefox or IE browser and a USB camera. Depending on the size of your company and their security standards - Zoom is a nice option and they have a "free" service with some limitations. The website is www.zoom.us.com

If you need a more robust or enterprise level solution, Webex and Microsoft Teams would be the way to go and I can talk to you about those options.

I work from home for a large IT company. We us Skype for business to IM one on one with co-workers or as a group and to hold meetings. We do not use the video feature. For Skype meetings you log in to a link and if desired a presenter can share their PC screen, for spreadsheets and any other type of documentation. It is really very simple to use.
