And that’s when the fun begins. The process to get anything coming from outside the country is approximately the same as within. But getting the Israeli Science and Technology Ministry to conform to US guidelines is going to be an adventure. If at any point the study they are doing requires the FDA any information, which would be all of it, the study under US rules cannot continue. Tell them that.
It is a huge amount of hoops to jump through and can add years on to a study of a single drug. Here are the guidelines established by and for the FDA:

It isn’t going to be easy to get this drug on the market in the US especially when the guidelines we require are in use. It is not a supplement by definition so it generally takes years to get it through the FDA unless they pencil whip it. And that, at this time, would be obvious. Further because the sales of this product world wide would be astronomical outside of the US, it wopuld make the demand easily outrun the supply. And unless we are willing to pay exuberant prices, along with the consumer covering the cost losses, it stays outside the US unless black market brings it in. And then how much will it cost? This whole process is flawed and is a joke. But people who don’t understand what the process is, will blame the government (Trump), the pharm companies, or pay a price as high as the national debt.
But who will get the limited supplies? And then everyone will pay for it in taxes, just not for yourself.
