It’s one of the reasons that I personally think we’ll have a much smaller proportion of severe cases than China has. I’m guessing 10% at most, since we’re operating from a much healthier baseline than the Red Chinese: much less pollution, only about 20% of our adult population smokes, if that, we have mucho vaccinations for other things that could complicate cases, etc.

I wonder what our ageing populations is compare to China.
Another factor to look at we have a huge obese populations.
This population has many heath issues related to the extra weight. I know at least 10 people in this category that will be severe.
For my house hold I am good but my wife is not she has an ACC of the trachea that is inoperable due to the location. She has a hard time breathing already. We will stay lock down away from people until it goes away.
So will it be 10% severe at most still?
