And the answer to your question is easy.
You start testing. First you start by testing communities with significant Chinese and Korean populations. Then you expand it to cities with a large number of foreign students at university. Then you test cities with major air links to China, SK, Italy. Then you start testing all patients with significant respiratory symptoms who test Flu negative.
The testing kits are probably made in China so don’t hold your breath until we get more of them over here.
