One thing that amazes me is how the utilities appear to be holding up in Wuhan. However, their workers are either there by force or military has taken over operations. What would happen in the US?
Yes...Centcom Northern Command has 18K troops to aide in civilians in just such a situation...normally for biological warfare...can easily be used for Pandemics...all part of the protocol.
