Very first thing in the morning might be better for grocery shopping. If your store opens at 6am, the shelves will be resotcked or in the process of and it will have been hours since the general public has sneezed in the store.

I went to Sam’s Club yesterday in Woodstock, GA. Plenty of people stocking up. Many people asking me where I got my disinfectant wipes. No panic on my part. Already mostly stocked if the shtf. I did however pick up an extra 5 cases of water in anticipation of shortages due to panic buying.
One thing that happened there of note. An Asian was in the store, did not have a cart. He did have a cough. Obvious gunk he was coughing up. It was Interesting to see people scatter, including myself like pepper in a bowl when you drop dish soap in it. I couldn’t get out of there fast enough.

It was very busy there, in fairness I usually shop there during the week but to compare with the time I have shopped there in weekends it was exponentially busier.

That is true even in a 24 hour walmarts. They restock at night. But that will be changing soon. Maximum quantities at purchase will soon kick in. And expect all N95 mask production to be nationalized soon. Of course we can still make our own. Nationalization means unless your helping or connected, you aint getting any. It’s cool. We can make masks too.

I found the mouse study related to the ketogenic diet and anti-viral effects. I think one of the major comorbidity risks is metabolic syndrome, including frailty from thin outside and fat inside (TOFI).

Abstract:

Ketogenic diet activates protective γδ T cell responses against influenza virus infection.

Complete Paper (PDF) from Sci-Hub:

Ketogenic diet activates protective γδ T cell responses against influenza virus infection.
