When he grows out of it (if) what happens to those ear lobes and other parts that have been trashed ?
Some we havent and hopefully wont see ?
Once those ear lobes have been stretched out like that, they probably will need plastic surgery to correct them.
Piercings, hopefully will heal up eventually.
Tats require laser treatment for removal, and are probably as expensive as the tats themselves.
