I’m somewhat like you. I’m now at packed-in to the brim on non-perishables. Most will outlive me, and so my kids will get them, rather than a bit more money. Between my wife and myself, we have 4 working laptops (2 brand new), 4 working phones (2 brand new), 5 cars (various ages), hundreds of pounds of food, 2 chest freezers and 2 upright refer/freezers, 2 generators (1 small, 1 medium sized), and 5 Lithium Ion power packs (from 50 Watt-Hours to 500 Watt-Hours). Also the means to cook (almost forever), collect and purify water, and God knows what else.
We’re good for a while.
Lots to barter we with there. Bartering will be important. Just a little dangerous. Lol.
