He said we had 15 cases, plus the rescues, for a total of 60. So I think that he was told about the UCD case and included that in the 15 count.

follow-on story about the presser (if you watched the presser, to me, he seemed to be like, what, get this guy Azar off the stage, looking around and making some facial expressions- anybody else notice that?):
