Singapore has a kick ass CDC/health authority.
They’re doing something called ‘sentinel testing’. That’s randomly testing people who are showing no symptoms.
Like: ‘hello mrs ling, I see you’re here for your yearly checkup. We would like to do a test for that coronavirus that’s going around. We don’t think you have it but we want to get an idea of where it is and where it isn’t. ....thank you mrs. ling, you are coronavirus free and your checkup looks fine! see you next year!’.

It turns out the we have a perfectly good testing tool right here in the good ole US of A, and its been extensively tested in the field. See if you recognize one 4-letter American word in this article:
