Were you aware that they changed the definition of a case? The first time they changed it they added several thousand cases...then they changed it back...losing thousands of cases. It is an example of why their numbers suck.
Better to look at Singapore, Korea and Italy. Singapore has been very open and they have a very good tracking system. Korea, Japan, and Italy have their own issues, but an open press.
I wouldnt even listen much to the CDC. Theyve tested less than 500 cases and they havent sent accurate tests to most states. The CDC is not exactly demonstrating an abundance of expertise here. They will catch up. But keep an eye on the first world countries with a free press.

It would be interesting to know the age and health condition of most of the deaths. I would be curious to know how many would have been in as much danger or died had they contracted influenza. Unlikely we’ll ever know.
