Don’t forget to add water to the chicken/turkey/fowl carcass and boil. Free soup broth. Ok, not free as you already paid for the bones so use them.

Of course, you know this but others may not.

I add water to the instant pot when I cook a whole chicken. Strain the ‘broth’ and freeze it.

Use that with added back chicken shreds and veggies + rice or pasta to make soup.

I’m not a carb eater but family is so the soup is a ‘their’ thing.
