Yes, though IF the report that the virus cannot survive more than a few minutes with temps lower than 65F or humidity below 40% is correct, that would severely beat down any virus surviving on surfaces.

Actually it’s temps over 35C or so that coronaviruses don’t like.

The lower the temp, the longer the virus remains alive.

Lots of scientific publications regarding coronaviruses that indicate they easily survive at 65F and dry conditions for nearly 2 weeks.
