As someone who’s had his father die from dementia complications I can easily say that Quid Pro Joe is definitely suffering from early onset dementia of one form or another. Getting things wrong, relying on old memory, rambling mumbling confused speech.

Agreed and I find it sinful that those close to him don’t pull him out of this circus. He’s a side show now and I detest him for all past choices that hurt people, I find it crude to leave him out there floundering around.
