Couldn't tell if these reports are accurate as I was trying to post it on the forum. The special ops training (NC) itself is not unusual; I think some of the writing tries to imply there's more than meets the eye. The page I initially found it (linked on Drudge) was Charlottesville Observer and FR says that is a garbage site (and that site was a mess). That site had an image and image description at the top of the article focusing on school shootings, which had nothing to do with this warfare training exercise. Elsewhere on the page are flashing ads and clips, some of which had flashing blue and red police lights.
I found the same info at a few more sites but I don't recognize them. I cancelled the forum post and put it here in case it's of interest.
