For the first time in my life I’ve decided to start taking vitamin supplements. I grow my own vegetables, eat a balanced diet, exercise regularly, and never felt the need to take vitamins. Recently I noticed my son was taking supplements which I thought was strange. He said his doctor suggested it. It seems his vitamin D was low. Considering all the articles about coronavirus I guess it’ time for me too.

The best way to get our vitamin D is to spend 30 minutes a day in sunlight. Helps to increase our dopamine levels to feel better and have a better outlook on life.
So walking for 30 minutes a day in the sunlight helps us feel better and to stay healthier.
