These doctors can make a preliminary diagnosis with chest CTs if radiologists know what to look for. They ended up doing that a lot in China with the shortage of tests.

I should clarify, US government should do better. The healthcare is at the whim of the bureaucrats. That’s the biggest problem. Is there not a private entity in the us that can manufacture the tests?
The CDC regulations frighteningly remind me of the Obamacare death panels.
