Re: Spider-Man
This really chaps my hide. My son has always loved Spidey. He’s 30 now and HIS SON, my Grand now loves Spidey. Why do they have to do this mess?
To turn everyone into perverts and especailly have access to the children.
The original “Gay Rights” platform of demands and goals included this:
ELIMINATE ALL AGE OF CONSENT LAWS.

I just ordered a used copy of Philip Haney’s book, See Something, Say Nothing: A Homeland Security Officer Exposes the Government’s Submission to Jihad (May 2016) for about $8 including shipping.
Almost bought it a year ago when I heard him interviewed somewhere. Now I really want to read it to see why he got snuffed, and possibly by whom.

I had Roy Rogers & Dale Evans as my heroes. Maybe slightly Superman and Robot Fighter.
But even then—in say my early teens—I felt that the super hero types were taking away from the glory etc. due Jesus the Christ.
Christ was left as, cast as a baby in a manger or a feminine wimp or otherwise impotent or disinterested in taking on “real” evildoers.
Of course, nothing could have been further than the truth but that’s the result of the whole super hero genre in the minds of young folks.
It just persistently made me wince and grieve a bit that Christ seemed to come up short in the mentalities of youth when compared to the carefully crafted super heroes.
I’m not, per se, for censorship—generally. But I think Christians could have done, could still do a much better job of standing up for the real stature of our Lord and Savior.
