Your tax dollars at work! Feds suing Trump Admin and States suing Trump Admin. It makes no difference to them - it's not their money they're using to undermine our elected president. In one appeal naming AG Barr, in 2019, the court found it had no juristiction.
"Accordingly, the panel dismissed the appeal based on lack of jurisdiction. "

Note search results turned up challenges before 3 different courts of appeal, all on behalf of 3 different people with the last name of Flores (family members?). This can go on forever, with each denying juristiction or some other reason, but it fills the docket and obligates the US Attorney General to respond.

Court opinions for Flores v. Barr

Flores v. Barr, 2019 - ‎Court of Appeals, 2nd …
Flores v. Barr, 2020 - ‎Court of Appeals, 9th

Becerra is ignoring the sanitation/health/crime/water/farm issues the public cares about and instead "leading coalitions" of other Deep Staters all trying to stop the Trump administration from succeeding. I am SICK of these people!
