Ilhan Omar's long time friend has revealed that the congresswoman told friends years ago that her second husband was, in fact, her brother.Abdihakim Osman went on record claiming Omar said she wanted to get her brother papers so he could remain in the United States, at the same time she was married to her first husband, Ahmed Hirsi.
