I had no idea that a court legal doc could sound like a jilted lover in a snit.
Can this be for real?
Both the prosecutorial team and the judge’s craven acts stand alone and on their own for the successful framing of a target, Flynn.. There are legal terms for every one of those acts and they are every one of them criminal and punishable, in different degrees.
Used to be that the Degrees of Punishment, accountability and/or consequences had to be based on only the strength of the legalese, not the hand wringing adjectives.
Didn’t know you could even submit a court case in this form. The language that employed the dramatics used to be reserved for oral arguments, I thought, in order to lay malice before the court, and to prove the criminal charges.
Guess I was mistaken, or Times have certainly changed.
