I’m all ears regarding any good ideas anyone might have.
Make Full Profs teach at least 3 useful classes each semester/quarter and cut the number of Administrators in half.
Make student loan debt dis-chargeable via bankruptcy.
How to make college more affordable: 1) 2 years of community college and then transfer; 2) eliminate student loans which would lower tuition; 3) a BA/BS could be reduced to 3 years instead of 4 (England offers 3 year Bachelor degrees) by reducing electives needed (which in the US are usually leftist propaganda electives anyway).
Are you all joking about lowering college costs being some big unsolvable problem? The answer is very simple. Get the government out of the education business entirely. No funding for schools and no loans for students. Make colleges pay their employees out of their profits like any other business.
