Maybe a year or so ago, I read an article that said that one of the downsides of the breakup of the established cartels was the rise of younger, smaller, less disciplined and extremely violent drug groups.

The cartels can’t control meth like they could cocaine. More cooks are popping up everywhere.

There is something more dangerous to the public than organized crime, and that is disorganized crime. -Tom
