You have to run at 60mph to keep the rear end from sliding down on those steep banked turns...
No kidding! I had the opportunity to drive that track last year and was amazed at how steep it is. It would be difficult to stand on one of the banks. Driving it was a thrill. Dont know if Id want to try it in the Beast though.

After the race at Daytona kids would get big cardboard boxes from the infield concessions and climb up the banks and slide down...Tiny “marbles” from the tires on the track would allow them to go down just like snow sledding...
Theyll take down to the bottom where its flat in the turns.
