Actually, Presidential polling data should be banned as it can be skewed to promote one candidate or party. It has almost taken the form of electioneering, which involves persuading voters in a political campaign.
Black people like to back 'the winner' because then they can say, "You owe us because without our vote you wouldn't have won'... The polls - phony as they are - work to manipulate the black community.
A month ago white liberal elite democrats were telling the black community that Biden was going to win - and the black community went 'OK we'll vote for Biden'... now elites are telling them Bloomberg... Tomorrow it could be Hillary. It' just a ruse.
