I think there a legitimate lesbians and gay males but they are women and men. They can’t run away from their sex. With the rest, the same is true but I question their legitimacy as real groups or orientations.
I thought it was the Bee as well. Harder to tell with every day - glad this article is being published.

I once knew a person who was a hermaphrodite. They had both male and female parts. Thus they were not born as ONE of TWO DISTINCT sexes, but as a category called inter-sex. See link below and how legalities can get messy.

In the past what was usually done is that the penis was removed to make the person one sex. However in some cases the hermaphrodite wanted to be male. So a hermaphrodite was actually one of two sexes. You can’t force the wrong sex on him or her or unhappiness and depression will follow.
The modern use of gender is Newspeak, from 1984.
Biology is what it is -- people don't get a vote on what gender they are.
I don’t know if you read the link I provided, but that is exactly what the complex legal case I referred to was dealing with. Whether to chose the sex of a baby or to allow the baby to develop and grow a mind of its own.
