I would say SOROS Globalism is behind this collapsing of America and that he buys outcomes that normal Americans hardly recognize and as civilians can not overcome. This should apply as being an Enemy of America, and permit a sweep up of the gloating guilty. In LOAC, there is no distinction of 'enemy combatant'. Only the three I listed. Without a state sponsor, anyone engaged in war activities is an unlawful combatant.
I have no doubt, that the folks engaged against us are either cooperating with a foreign power, or more likely a supranational organization. Either of which makes them unlawful combatants. The beauty of LOAC is that members of this cabal that are outside of CONUS but engaged in the war activities are not required to be apprehended and can be killed wherever they are found.

Alan Dershowitz: George Soros Asked Barack Obama To Investigate Undisclosed Person
I'm guessing the "undisclosed person" is Israeli billionaire Beny Steinmetz, whom Soros accused of bribery in connection with a dispute over mining rights in the African nation of Guinea.
Dershowitz is a criminal defense attorney for Steinmetz.
In April 2017, Steinmetz's company BSGR sued Soros for extortion, defamation, tortious interference with business and so on.
Paragraph 139 of the complaint alleges that Soros arranged a meeting between President Obama and President Condé of Guinea in 2011 which resulted in a criminal investigation of BSGR.
