I'm looking for a CIA name, for the Obama/Brennan operation that PRECEDED any "Legal" (FISA) basis.

With Brennan and O maybe the name is a Muslim one.

Using Disestablishmentarian theory - it's something we already know but haven't connected yet - something that's probably been said or hinted at least once if not more times in all of "Q" - I'm now really, really, really big on RED OCTOBER ... and if not, then that's the op codename for the counter-intelligence op launched against the DS by POTUS ...
