We saw that pitfall with the foreperson in the Roger Stone trial. (I am hoping for a new trial - a must!) I like to think that is one reason John Durham is in Connecticut.

These Mueller prosecutors are proving to be real Snydley Whiplashes. Andrew Weissman was the alpha wolf.

He’s gunna have to do it on appeal (and I haven’t read anything about an appeal) cause Jackson denied it.
